രണ്ടാം വർഷ UG / PG വിദ്യാർത്ഥികളുടെ റിസൽട്ട് ലഭ്യമല്ലാത്തതിനാൽ അവർക്ക് വകുപ്പ് മേധാവിസാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തിയ ഇൻ്റേണൽ മാർക്ക് ലിസ്റ്റും അഫിഡവിറ്റ് സർടിഫിക്കറ്റും സമർപ്പിക്കാവുന്നതാണ്.

3.ഇൻസ്റ്റിറ്റ്യൂഷൻ വെരിഫൈ ചെയ്തതിനുശേഷം ഡിജിറ്റൽ sign രേഖപെടുത്തിയ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ഓൺലൈൻ അപേക്ഷ സമർപ്പിക്കുമ്പോൾ അപ്‌ലോഡ് ചെയ്യുന്നതിനായി അപേക്ഷകൻ്റെ മെയിലിലേക്ക് തിരികെ അയച്ചു നൽകുന്നതാണ്.
