Quotation for purchase of library books for the year 2020-21
Sealed quotations are invited for supply of books falling under the following categories for the year 2020-21
- Indian English Books
- Foreign English Books
- Malayalam Books
- Hindi Books
- Arabic Books
- English literature Books
Latest editions of books should be supplied within 25 days of placement of the purchase order. Amount of discount at which you can supply the books (foreign/as well as Indian) should be clearly specified. The conversion rates, terms of supply should be in conformity with the ‘GOC’ recommendations
The cover with the quotation should be super scribed ‘QUOTATION FOR SUPPLY OF LIBRARY BOOKS’ and should reach the principal within 30 days
Principal
