Appraising, acknowledging and enhancing skills and abilities of its employees are vital to the sustainability, relevance and success of the College. This policy and procedure documents the process for the appraisal of its staff and establishes the framework for the annual appraisal of the performance of each staff member against established expectations and in accordance with the mission and goals of the College.
